Evaluation Research On Innovation Effect Of TRIZ Method Applied In Manufacturing Enterprises

As a kind of excellent innovation method,TRIZ method has been paid more and more attention in recent years and how to evaluate the effect of its application has become a concern of many scholars.Firstly,on the basis of expert interviews and questionnaires,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of TRIZ method effect of innovation,including 5 first-level indexes and 20 second-level indexes,Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)is used to determine the weight of each index in the index system.In the process of building the index system,this paper obtains the flow of the TRIZ method applied in manufacturing enterprises,and provides the reference for the application of TRIZ method.Secondly,in the process of effect evaluation,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to evaluate the effect of innovation,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established.Thirdly,through the case study of Beijing New Energy automobile company and the collected data,it is found that the effect of application of TRIZ method to Beijing New Energy automobile company is good,which verifies the effectiveness of the evaluation index system and provides some suggestions for better use of TRIZ.In the end,this paper puts forward three suggestions for the promotion and application of TRIZ method in manufacturing enterprises,which are concerned with government policy,perfecting mechanism and cultivating talents.This paper also puts forward some prospects for the index system: First,the evaluation index system established in this paper applies to manufacturing enterprises,there are certain limitations,and to study other industries,you need to change the index system;Secondly,we only selected the Beijing New Energy automobile company as a research object,and we need to carry out more researches on other enterprises in the future.Thirdly,it is a comprehensive and complicated project to apply the TRIZ method into the innovation effect evaluation of manufacturing enterprises.The research in this field should be further deepened.
