The load sensitive technology is engineering machinery hydraulic system to realize the energy saving and key technology to improve the performance of actuator operation.The load sensitive technology through the real-time detection of actuator feedback pressure.The pressure difference at both ends of the spool orifice is guaranteed to be a fixed value by the pressure compensation valve The speed of the actuator only with multi-way valve spool throttling groove opening,has nothing to do with the load of the actuator load size,so as to realize the stable control of the actuator.Load sensitive control process is a dynamic process,involving the influence of many factors,prone to the hydraulic system in the process of control of vibration and shock,the current domestic many load sensitive technology research is still not enough thorough,a lot of problems existing in the application process,so the load sensitive multi-way valve key technology has important significance and social value.In this paper,load sensitive multi-way valve compensation before the valve as the research object,for load sensitive multi-way valve body,main valve spool and spring,compensation valve spool and spring,anti-saturation module,etc.,key structural parameters for design calculation,and the key parameters of load sensitive multi-way valve are determined,which provides data support for the establishment of simulation analysis model and optimization of load-sensitive multi-way valve.Based on the design parameters of load-sensitive multi-way valve,the load-sensitive multi-way valve components and simulation model are established.Simulation analysis and optimization of load sensitive multi-way valve's start-stop impact,performance of micromotion,performance of speed regulation are carried out.By increasing the backpressure of the load-sensitive multi-way valve,increasing the one-way damping of the Ls feedback port,and increasing the damping of the pilot control port of the end cover,the start/stop impact of the system and the flow and pressure fluctuation caused by the change of the swing Angle of the variable pump are effectively reduced.Increasing the ramp in the microopening section of the spool can change the flow gain of the valve opening,thus changing the performance of the microopening operation of the system.Under the premise of not changing the maximum flow rate of the multi-way valve,the improved spool increases the control range of small flow rate and improves the micro-opening performance of the multi-way valve.Based on the compensation load sensitive multi-way valve in front of the hydraulic control valve,a principle of anti-saturation is proposed,and the mathematical model of anti-saturation module is established.Through simulation analysis,the problems such as flow fluctuation of the load port and poor anti-saturation performance caused by anti-saturation are solved,and anti-saturation of the load-sensitive system is realized.There are 90 figures,8 tables and 68 references in the dissertation.
