| High-voltage traction system is one of the high-speed EMU core system,is to ensure that the key transport security system.Main circuit breaker is the main switch that controls the electrical connection and disconnection between the EMU train and the catenary network.When the train has short circuit,under voltage,over load and train protection,it will disconnect the main circuit breaker through the train control system,It plays a key role in protection of vehicle traction transformer,converter,traction motor and other components.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the fault of main breaker of EMU.1.In this paper,risk management research as a breakthrough point to China’s existing operation of the EMU as the research object,through the operation of the EMU may occur in the analysis of the occurrence of the problem analysis to achieve maximum safety with the lowest cost for the purpose of the formation of guidance And advice.2.This paper systematically expounds the characteristics and advantages of fault tree risk analysis method,fault tree establishment,analysis process,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and fault tree analysis method.By elaborating a number of analysis parameters such as structure importance and probability importance,the detailed The practical significance of fault tree analysis to guide fault analysis is introduced.3.The time is taken as the spool to introduce the development of EMU in our country.At the same time,the principle and characteristics of the CRH380 B EMU,high-voltage traction control system and communication network control system are described in detail.The BVAC N99 Type AC single pole circuit breaker,taking the characteristics of its insulation,service life,working characteristics,maintenance and so on,the working principle and method of such circuit breaker are analyzed in detail.4.Based on the data of actual operation of Shanghai EMU EMU from 2014 to 2016,the main fault of CRH380 B EMU is studied in this paper.Faults of circuit breakers are classified to determine the top and bottom events of fault tree,for example: Uncontrolled disconnect,unable to close,unable to disconnect three faults.Through the analysis of the fault tree,three kinds of failures of BVAC N99 AC single pole circuit breaker in the actual operation are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed,and the probability of occurrence of circuit breaker faults and the critical importance of each event are calculated The result of the analysis is that the failure of the M1 CCU control card is an important factor causing the main circuit fault.In the actual operation,this conclusion is also verified.5.According to the operation characteristics of CRH380 B EMU,a fault tree approach to fault diagnosis and key overhaul is put forward based on the fault tree risk analysis method,which can effectively reduce the frequency of main circuit breaker fault and its influence. |
