| An important link in real estate construction project management is to effectively control and manage the whole process of project development.In order to ensure that the construction of the project is completed on schedule,the quality of the project and the safety of production meet the established objectives,the investment income of the project can be realized as soon as possible,and the social and economic benefits can be maximized.This is the ultimate goal and ultimate goal of our project management.As we all know,through our management to achieve the above objectives of the project,is the real estate development enterprises to study the main topic.As an important branch of the whole process management of real estate projects,project schedule management is a very important link in the management chain,and undoubtedly is the core work of real estate construction project management.Construction project schedule management can not only ensure the completion of the project on schedule,but also greatly shorten the construction period,effectively control the cost,and increase the economic and social benefits of the project.In the whole process of real estate project construction,to do a good job of project schedule can ensure that the project’s early planning operation,construction quality and safety,cost management,progress tracking,risk control and other work smoothly completed.Based on the study of schedule management in the construction phase of Star River International Project of AB Company,this paper adjusts the deviation of actual schedule and planned schedule in time according to various factors affecting the project schedule,improves work efficiency,reduces the probability of delay of the project schedule,and achieves the project schedule goal.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of AB company’s "Star River International" project progress management research,and expounds the development status of progress management research at home and abroad.Secondly,it summarizes the theory and method of project progress management,and then understands the general situation of "Xinghe International" project.It comprehensively uses WBS task decomposition method,Gantt chart and key route method to make progress plan of "Xinghe International" project,so as to ensure that the project schedule does not exceed the expected time limit.Then,through the daily observation and regular observation of the whole process of the "Xinghe International" project,the factors affecting the implementation of the project schedule are analyzed,and a series of guarantee measures for the progress control are formulated.Finally,it summarizes the experience and shortcomings in the process of project research,and puts forward the prospect of future research. |
