Structural stability is an important index to measure the safety of a stereo garage.It can be seen from the analysis and summary of the previous overall instability events in the three-dimensional garage that the three-dimensional garage is a special kind of architectural structure,and the framework of the three-dimensional garage is subject to many kinds of loads and its effects are complex.However,in the past,researches on the garage focused on the dead weight of the vehicle,the power of the motor and the strength of the material,etc.,while a few scholars did not pay enough attention to the research on the wind load on the garage.It is not only influenced by vehicle load and wind load,but also affected by earthquake load and impact load produced by lifting motor equipment.Due to the influence of these loads,the stability of garage structure is faced with many difficulties.In this paper,aiming at the problem of the overall instability of the three-dimensional garage,a variety of load analysis,modal analysis and impact smoothness analysis of the lifting vehicle are carried out on the basis of the mechanical lifting and translation garage structure.In view of the current garage under the influence of wind load research is not in-depth,in fact most of the mechanical garages are working outside the stability of the weather interference is not negligible.Based on the mechanical of up-down and translation garage as the research object,selecting special weather conditions in Guangxi region of wind pressure as the reference,using the wind load standard formula,the introduction of correlation coefficient,the kinetic parameters the effective data and converted to the corresponding statics garage to make use of its data structure strength analysis to verify the stability of the garage.In view of the fact that the earthquake is not common in the past and the consideration of earthquake resistance is ignored in the study of the three-dimensional garage,this paper regards the three-dimensional garage as a kind of special building structure,refers to the code for seismic design of buildings and selects the data of Guangxi region from it,and then uses the bottom shear method to analyze the structural strength of the garage under the earthquake load.At present,the research object is mostly on the speed of the lifting motor,but the research on the impact load caused by the fast start of the lifting motor equipment and the large inertia of the car itself is not deep enough.This paper uses MATLAB / SIMULINK software to build a seven degree of motion vehicle model.Through the analysis of the car’s pitch angle,roll angle,vertical displacement and vertical acceleration of the center of mass,as well as the displacement of the vehicle,it can judge and verify whether the ride comfort of the lifting process of the mechanical lifting translation garage in this paper meets the objective requirements.Through the above theoretical analysis,the mechanical lifting and translation garage is taken as the research object to carry out a variety of load structure stability analysis,and its modal analysis can avoid the garage because of resonance accidents,and finally the lifting operation car is subjected to impact smoothness analysis.This paper provides some reference for the improvement of the structure stability of the stereo garage.
