With China’s rapid economic development, the increasing number of private cars, causing traffic jams of the large and medium-sized cities. Although there are now some measures to control the growth in vehicle, but the vehicle is still on the rise. The vehicle increasing demand for parking spaces also increases. However, due to the the the shortage of of the land resources in the the city, unable to provide the the Parking position of the more, formed a the demand for land resources contradictions in the the city, the formation of difficult problem of parking. Need to find a way to improve the way of the number of parking per unit area to become the key to solve the problem.Through analysis and comparison of advantages and disadvantages between different types of three-dimensional garage, considering the advantages of various stereo garage and its own characteristics, to establish a three-dimensional garage vertical cyclic lateral translation, access the vehicle can effectively shorten the time of three-dimensional garage, and enhance the unit area of the parking quantity, convenient implementation process the car. Then by using ANSYS APDL language to establish the finite element model of vertical circular transverse translation stereo garage, which uses a beam element, element and mass element.
