Design And Implementation Of Two-way Nterractive Remote Intelligent Meter Reading Management System Based On CATV

With the rapid development of computer and communication technology,the process of intelligent power system is accelerating day by day.DSM is a requirement of smart grid development,and the two-way interactive automatic meter reading system is an important technical support.However,the current daily tasks of guangxi electric power company(such as meter reading,auditing,data analysis and billing)are low in efficiency,the electricity fee settlement level and service level still need to be improved,and the traditional manual meter reading method has the phenomenon of missing and estimating,etc.These problems affect the service quality and user experience to varying degrees.On the basis of summarizing the research status of remote meter reading system at home and abroad,in order to meet the actual needs of demand-side management system of power companies in our district,this paper analyzes the structure and functional requirements of meter reading system,and completes the detailed design,function realization and system test of the system functional modules.1.Realized the page design,application program and other functions of the remote meter reading system through language programming and database call;2.For the remote automatic meter reading system,put forward the functional requirements,database requirements and non-functional requirements of the system,to provide accurate and reliable basis for electricity accounting,power control and data analysis;3.Designed the framework of remote automatic meter reading system based on CATV network,proposed the functional framework with organization and authority,basic information management,meter reading management,statistical analysis and other important parts as the core,and focused on the important functions involved;4.Completed the test of remote intelligent meter reading management system based on CATV network through the function application of each management module.The test results show that the design scheme proposed in this paper is reasonable and the functional test results are correct.The internal potential of the enterprise is tapped,and then continuously improve the management ability.The improvement of business performance and power supply level cannot be separated from the reduction of cost(management and production).
