With the rapid development of computer industry,information management of explosion-proof equipment has become an important part of petrochemical enterprises in implementing safety production.In order to solve the automation and intelligent demand of enterprise in the management of explosion-proof equipment,a cloud platform based on centralized architecture and virtual machine is built for the management of explosion-proof equipment dispersed on the coastal rotary drilling platform..Although the cloud platform has a good application effect in the management of explosion-proof equipment in a single region,it shows two problems when it is popularized to multi region application.First,the inspection of each region has periodic characteristics,but it is limited to the characteristics of the heavyweight and slow start of the virtual machine,and the cloud platform can not use this characteristic to quickly adjust the scale.Second,the inspection area is mainly distributed in the coastal areas of North China and Southern China.The geographic span is large,while the WEB server is deployed in a data center,which leads to a higher network delay for the communication between the client and the cloud platform.Aiming at the above shortcomings,a dynamic management mechanism based on request time sequence analysis is designed,based on which the Serverless cloud platform is reconstructed.The specific work is as follows:First,by using the periodicity of inspection data uploading,a container dynamic management mechanism based on request rate timing analysis is proposed by means of the lightweight and rapid deployment characteristics of the container.The mechanism adjusts the number of containers dynamically through request rate prediction.Second,with container as the infrastructure layer,the cloud platform of explosion-proof equipment management is reconstructed based on Serverless architecture.The overall design of the cloud platform architecture is carried out,decoupling the function modules into fine-grained service forms,and realizing the cross regional deployment of the functional modules.Third,the key environment of Serverless reconstruction is designed in detail,including session state management,unified user authentication and data processing flow.In session state management,distributed sessions are implemented using shared Session;single sign on mechanism is used for unified user authentication;in data processing,asynchronous data transmission is implemented using Memcache caching and Rabbit MQ message queues to reduce I/0 time and network latency.
