In this paper,a swash plate axial variable piston with cross porting valve plate of 125mL/r are selected as the research object.The instantaneous flow output characteristics of the pump are studied when three major fri ction pairs-leakage factors are considered,using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The main contents of the thesis include:In the first chapter,summarizes the research background and significance of the thesis,expounds the current situation of research at home and abroad of the swash plate axial piston pump and the main content and significance of this paper.In the second chapter,the flow area curve of the distributor is calculated.Establishing the single-piston instantaneous outlet flow,the transient pressure pr ocess,with three friction pairs-leakages.Leak flow in the event of wear on the piston pump.In the third chapter,using the control variable method,the influence law of the different gap of the three friction pairs-differences and the different structural parameters of the relief triangular grooves on the pressure transition process of the piston pump single column cavity and the instantaneous output flow characteristics of the piston pump is studied.In the fourth chapter,the influence of different condition parameters,including load pressure,working speed and swash plate angle,on the leak flow of piston pump,instantaneous output flow and pulsation is analyzed.Finally,the paper is summarized and looked forward.
