As the core power component in hydraulic systems,axial piston pumps are widely used in industrial hydraulic equipment and engineering machinery.During the use of the plunger pump,the working condition of the friction pair is the main factor affecting the performance of the plunger pump,and also the key factor determining the mechanical efficiency of the plunger pump.At present,in the use of the plunger pump,in order to improve the performance of the plunger pump,on the one hand,the working parameters of the friction pair are detected,and the working state of the plunger pump is adjusted according to the feedback of the data.On the other hand,it is to improve the machining accuracy of the friction pair workpiece and fundamentally improve the working performance of the plunger pump.Therefore,this thesis from these two aspects to improve the performance of the plunger pump.With the increasing demands of the modern industry for the performance of hydraulic components,research on the working parameters of the plunger pump is increasing.At present,the research on the working parameters of the plunger pump mostly focuses on the variation of the thickness and temperature of the three key friction pairs and the distribution of the pressure field.It is rare to directly measure the temperature and pressure of the oil when the plunger pump is working.This thesis designed a equipment to directly measure the temperature and pressure of the oil when the plunger pump is working.According to the working principle of the plunger pump,the two detection positions of the distribution pair and the sliding shoe pair are selected.According to the parameters of the high pressure oil output from the plunger pump,select the appropriate range of temperature and pressure sensors.The sensor probe size was modified according to the structure of the detected position.In order to install the sensor and ensure the normal operation of the plunger pump,the structure of key parts such as the pump case,swash plate,shoe plate,and valve plate were modified to directly measure the temperature and pressure of the oil at two locations.The data processing module is established by using the configuration software,and the detected data is processed in real time,stored,alarmed and so on.In this thesis,the grinding equipment of the spherical piston pump spherical distribution pair has been improved.Grinding processing technology has received extensive attention due to good processing quality,grinding equipment designed for some special parts or grinding technology designed for a certain technical parameter emerges,but the research on the grinding equipment of the spherical flow pair of the axial piston pump is rare.This thesis analyzes the characteristics of the spherical flow pair,and improves the main mechanical structure and key components on the basis of the existing equipment.Based on the new equipment,the equations of the reference point are derived and the orthogonal simulation test is designed.The simulation of the research trajectory was carried out based on Solid Works software,and compared with the actual production,the feasibility of the research method was verified.
