Research On Industrial Park Planning And Design Based On Low-carbon And Ecological Concept

Development of low-carbon economy,to realize low energy consumption,low pollution,low emission of green ecological development pattern,is the inevitable choice of China's economic growth and development and one of the important strategic objectives.Low carbon and ecological industrial park is of great significance for China's regional economic transformation and upgrading,and promotion of sustainable development of the park.For low carbon and ecological park,the study of specific planning and design and the evaluation system is still not clear and complete conclusion,therefore,the paper studiesindustrial park planning and design based on low carbon and ecological concept.Paper first analyzes the connotation and concept of low carbon and ecological park,built the comprehensive definition system including economic connotation,function,social connotation,space connotation,to form a clear conceptual framework.After further to establish evaluation index system of the low carbon and ecological park,built four primary index,which are the green economy,energy and resource utilization,low carbon ecological space,ecological civilization,and 20 secondary indexes such as industry cluster symbiosis,renewable energy utilization rate.And evaluation model is desighed.Evaluation index system for the low carbon and ecological park is useful for the industrial park planning and construction,and pointed out the direction for optimization of park construction development.At last,a case analysis is wrot by planning and designment of the low carbon and ecological park,and proved by the above evaluation method.Paper integrated application of qualitative and quantitative method,theory and empirical methods to study.It is creative for the concept and theory of low carbon ecological parkconcept and index system.Paperapply for analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for industrial low carbon and ecological system assessment,it is also a method innovation.The research results is of practical significance to guide the construction and planning of low carbon and ecological park.
