Since the beginning of the 21st century,China’s urban development has made great achievements.By the end of 2018,the urbanization rate has reached 59.58%.The rapid urbanization process and large scale are important driving forces for the current social and economic development.However,with the fundamental contradiction of society,the requirements of urban development are constantly improving,and the lack of land resources is an urgent problem to be solved in various places.In the past,extensive and padded development is difficult to meet the requirements of urban transformation in the new era.Therefore,in recent years,the academic community has paid more and more attention to the planning of stock land use,and a great deal of research and practice on land development potential,land reserve mechanism,old district renewal and stock development model.Based on the development practice of the stock of land in Anqing City,this paper summarizes the types of construction land in the urban area,the problems of development and the conditions of redevelopment,and focuses on the status quo and planning path of shantytown renovation.Based on the existing land development experience in Shenzhen,Zhuhai and Nanjing,the research constructs the Anqing stock land potential evaluation model from the aspects of natural ecology and social economy.Based on the evaluation results,the urban land reserve allocation strategy is proposed and combined with the actual situation of Anqing.Partition guide path.Finally,starting from the existing stock land development model,summarizing the characteristics of the Anqing model,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Anqing’s transformation into shantytowns is an important starting point for the redevelopment of stocks,of which collective construction land accounts for the majority;from 2015 to 2018,the total amount of land supplied within the scope of sheds is 15512 mu;2019 shed reform plan A total of 46,399 mu of land is used,including 45,332 mu of collective land and 1,067 mu of state-owned land.The number of renovated households is 9,677,and the demolition area is 2.197×10~6 m~2.The estimated investment is 13.447 billion yuan.(2)Based on the evaluation of nine indicators and the integrated evaluation of natural ecology and social economy,it can be seen that the current situation of construction land in urban areas is better.The terrain is flat,the water resources are rich,the climate comfort is high,the soil and water conservation capacity is excellent,and the habitat is in good condition,which provides a good natural background condition for the land reserve.At the same time,most of the land has the conditions for direct transfer development or a little finishing and development.(3)The research summarizes three kinds of stock land redevelopment modes,which are government-led management mode,enterprise-oriented management mode and hybrid management mode.Finally,according to the research content,the re-development strategy and management model of the stock land was put forward,and some discussions were held on the land reserve management and evaluation mechanism.Figure 33 Table 21 Reference 48...
