In the information-based warfare,vehicle-mounted radar is the main equipment for offensive system and defensive system to obtain battlefield environment information,and has become a primary attack target in the early stage of the war.Due to the development of related strike weapons,the time interval between reconnoitering target position and destroying the target is increasingly shorter.Therefore,the mobility of vehicle-mounted radar urgently needs to be improved.The mobility of vehicle-mounted radar reflects the capability to transfer the radar,and the main factors that restrict its maneuverability are the leveling of vehicle platform and the erection of radar antenna.Improving the performance of leveling and erection system is of great significance to achieve high mobility of vehicle-mounted radar.For this reason,a radar leveling detection system based on CAN bus is designed.Compared with traditional motherboard parallel bus structure,the system has better expansibility,testability,reliability and maintainability.The work content and results are as follows:(1)Study the structure and work principle of a certain type of vehicle-borne radar,and analyse some problems existed in its actual application,including complex circuit connections,the difficulty of upgrading function and sharing information,lack of online fault diagnosis and safety protection,etc.To solve theses problems,a solution based on CAN bus,embedded technology and multi-sensor technology is proposed.Sensors are used to detect the running state of leveling and erection system.Embedded computer can analyse and process the sensor data,monitor working status in real time in order to ensure the safety of vehicle-borne radar.(2)According to the working process of leveling and erection,the flow chart of software algorithm is designed.The development and debugging of detection system software which realizes the acquisition and verification of multi-sensor data are accomplished.Through CAN bus,data and diagnosis results are delivered to radar leveling control system.In addition,concise but reliable CAN bus communication application layer protocol is designed to make sure the accuracy and real-time of information transmission.(3)Fault diagnosis of radar leveling and erection system based on fault tree analysis is designed and it can identify the running state of the system,then analyse and locate possible system failures.When a system failure occurs,fault diagnosis can offer troubleshooting methods,thereby ensure that reliably complete leveling and erection,and reduce dependence on detection and maintenance capabilities of users.
