| Train vehicle monitoring system is designed to ensure the security of train speed control system,is the key to railway signal system,and ensure the safety of railway operation,improve transport efficiency of top priority.However,the harsh operating environment and complicated disturbance factors make the monitoring system produce many unstable factors in the long-term operation process.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to research and analyze the fault of the train vehicle monitoring system and propose a feasible optimization strategy,which is of great significance to the scientific and effective solution of the fault problem of the system.This paper focuses on the monitoring system of the LKJ2000 type monitoring device widely used in locomotives.In this paper,the fault and performance of the on-board monitoring system are studied and analyzed.At the same time,the performance of the system itself is weak,and the improvement strategy and optimization scheme are proposed.The specific work includes the following:1.Aiming at the disadvantages of manual implementation of data replacement,an automatic replacement solution based on responder is designed.2.Conducted in-depth research on the fault of the speed sensor,conducted experiments on the equipment performance,proposed the improvement scheme,the failure rate was significantly reduced,and the speed acquisition information was more fluent.The optimization strategy is also proposed for the existing monitoring system including the monitor.3.In-depth analysis of several common signal anomalies in the signal system,and put forward the optimization strategy.At the same time,the serial communication based on CAN is designed to solve the problem of train emergency braking caused by the communication of signal host and monitoring host communication.4.The Urumqi Railway Bureau has been monitoring the blank of video surveillance for a long time.It has designed a video surveillance system and selected and designed the main equipment. |
