| Icing problems on low temperature surfaces have affected many areas,such as wind power,transportation,and aerospace.In order to solve the adverse effects of icing,the researchers developed a series of anti-icing surfaces,representative surfaces include super-hydrophobic anti-icing surfaces and oil-lubricated anti-icing surfaces.However,it is difficult to have an anti-icing surface that can simultaneously achieve low ice adhesion strength and long anti-icing life.According to the two principles of high efficiency and long-term efficiency,this paper proposes the concept of antiicing through "magnetic levitation" innovatively,and constructs a porous AAO magnetic levitation anti-icing system and magnetically-sensitive slippery porous anti-icing surfaces.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on the theory of Archimedes magnetic levitation,this paper selects the magnetic fluid with superparamagnetic as the levitation medium of the "magnetic levitation" anti-icing system,the effect of magnetic fluid on the delay time of icing was studied.,and explains the reason by the theory of interface magnetic action.Combined with the method of "porous binding" and the concept of "magnetic suspension" anti-icing,the porous AAO magnetic suspension anti-icing system was designed.It was confirmed by the ice deicing cycle experiment that the porous AAO magnetic levitation anti-icing system has low ice adhesion strength(250Pa,Aluminum surface adhesion strength is 375Kpa)and Long life(70 times of icing and deicing cycles,the life of super-hydrophobic surfaces and oil-lubricated surfaces is only a few times),and water flow impact experiments are conducted to explore the binding effect of porous materials on magnetic fluids.It shows that the porous material greatly improves the stability of the magnetic fluid on the surface.(2)Furthermore,the paper proposes the magnetic levitation “magnetic levitation” anti-icing surface,and successfully prepares the magneticallysensitive slippery porous anti-icing surfaces with magnetic response.The release and absorption of the levitation media is realized under the control of the magnetic field.The problem of the loss of levitation media on the surface without magnetic field was solved.Magnetically-sensitive slippery porous anti-icing surfaces show lower adhesion and higher anti-icing life in anti-icing tests.(3)Based on the previous research,the effects of different magnetic suspension media on the anti-icing performance were further explored.It was found that the high magnetic susceptibility and the magnetic suspension medium with hydrophilic groups are beneficial to delay the icing.,which provides a new idea and direction for the selection of magnetic levitation media.Based on the above research,this paper has made some innovative progress in the following two points:(1)Put forward the concept of "magnetic levitation" anti-icing,and combine this concept with porous materials to prepare porous AAO magnetic levitation anti-icing system successfully and magnetroncontrolled magnetically-sensitive slippery porous anti-icing surfaces,so that anti-icing materials can simultaneously consider high efficiency and longlasting anti-icing performance,open up new research directions for antiicing materials.(2)The interface magnetic theory is used to explain why the surface of levitation media has the property of delaying the formation of ice nuclei,and the influence of the properties of levitation media on the freezing process is studied,which provides a direction for the research and development of levitation media in the future. |
