Delivery wagon operationis an indispensable part of railway technical operations,and the efficiency of them is particularly important,which depends entirely on the utilization rate of locomotives,the efficiency of loading and unloading operations and the speed of vehicle turnover.Reasonable and correct operation plan-plays a key role in interconnection between central station and production enterprises.At present,with the deterioration of the global ecological environment,the requirements of various regions for environmental protection are getting higher and higher.But now,the main energy in China is still coal.In order to achieve the goal of "coal transmission from western to eastern China and from northern to southern China",a combined transportation mode of Water-and-Rail transportation has been formed.When it comes to the reduction of the amount of dust in hub under the premise of environmental protection and transmission,optimization is necessary.This paper takes the optimization of delivery wagons of water-and-rail tansportation hub under environmental-protection as research object and analyzes the present results among home and abroad.Firstly,it summarizes the source,harm and countermeasures of coal dust in the port,and then analyzes the factors affecting dust emission and related mathematical formulas.Besides,in the light of wind speed,which is a natural condition,it restricts the latest arrival time.Then the paper introduces the system,function and the principle of the wagons,and discusses the method of squeezing the time of trucks stopped at the station.Based on dendritic special line and single delivery mode by time constraint provided caused by wind speed transformation,the mathematical models are established respectively,and related algorithms are designed.TakingPort J as an example,through delivery vehicle operation design plans in the situations of single and multi stations,it is proved that it is possible to provide time constraint by the influence of wind speed over time on dust generation volume.In addition,models that are established through extensive experiment,and the optimal route and the shortest time of each model are obtained.At last,the paper analyzes the part of the research on the optimization,which is not thorough and comprehensive enough,and puts forward the problems that may be focused on the analysis and further improvement in the follow-up research,providing pre-reference.There are 24 pictures,20 tables and 71 references in this paper.
