In recent years,the number of motor vehicles in China has soared,and automobile exhaust emissions have become one of the biggest sources of urban air pollution.In order to reduce environmental pollution,the state has also invested heavily to support the new energy industry.Under the dual encouragement of market demand and policy stimulus,the pure electric vehicle industry has developed rapidly.The power battery,as the power component of this electric vehicle,plays a crucial role in this development process.This importance can be summed up as "who gets the engine".Visible power battery in the new energy vehicle industry of the core importance.For new energy vehicles,power battery is in the process of the automobile manufacturing enterprises to carry out differentiation competition of an inevitable choice to win power battery good prospects for development,means that in the new energy automotive industry to win the long-term development of the opportunity,avoid the homogeneity competition,power battery production is also becoming a sunrise industry is booming.At the same time,the production capacity of battery manufacturers greatly limits their ability to seize market share,which has become a restriction on the development and expansion of power battery manufacturers.At the same time,the development pace of new energy vehicles in China is still advancing normally,and the industry urgently needs to solve the key problem of battery production and manufacturing technology to improve production capacity.At this time,the optimization problem of battery production capacity faced by ev battery enterprises is particularly important.This paper focuses on improving the capacity of lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles,combines Arena simulation software,conducts research based on the manufacturing background of H company,and conducts capacity prediction and simulation design in combination with the bottleneck of insufficient workshop capacity of H company in the face of strong market demand in the future.Based on the detailed study of the field operation environment and production data,the simulation modeling was carried out.When choosing the simulation software,in order to maximize the realistic production systems,chose the complex Arena software,using visual modeling,debug output more powerful data results and model,the Arena software and lithium ion battery capacity,point to innovation,combined with H company involved in the process of lithium-ion battery production in detail in this paper,the four workshops and process,combined with the actual investigation,andadopted different resources such as equipment,personnel,time of detailed data,and data fitting,and then the simulation modeling.At the same time,in the simulation environment,lithium ion battery in the whole manufacturing process of complex model is established in this paper,a total of 25 is designed the resource module and 35 work order,for the production system has carried on the science of simulation modeling process,and then according to the simulation results of data analysis,combined with the scene of the operation situation,find out the bottleneck process and improve the content,from the three aspects of different process equipment improvement,workshop workers job changes,the arrival of the goods time improvement Suggestions were put forward.Furthermore,the optimization content is elaborated in detail,and the research results are obtained by combining with the optimized data analysis.After the simulation and optimization,the output increased by 7.91% compared with the original system,which can meet the maximum capacity demand of four different workshops within 12 months and the workshop production capacity in different future periods.Among the 26 operating processes,the average queuing time of each process is reduced by 9.76 minutes per day.The utilization rate of equipment is correspondingly improved in related bottleneck processes,which solves the imbalance of production line caused by bottleneck processes,saves manpower and costs for H company and brings objective benefits.In the idea of lean production,the proposed optimization scheme has certain reference value for the operators of enterprises and the field of lithium ion production.This article includes 34 pictures,19 tables,and 86 references.
