Vehicle renewal of logistics fleet is a practical problem originating from the optimization of production organization and development strategy of logistics enterprises.It involves the investment and renewal decision of logistics fleet,the optimization of fleet size and structure,and the rational allocation of transportation resources.It is the key to determine the economic benefits and survival and development ability of logistics enterprises.With the continuous expansion of logistics fleet scale and the more detailed management and control of logistics cost,this research work becomes more important.Under the background of vigorously promoting new energy vehicles in the country,logistics fleet will face new challenges and difficulties in vehicle type selection and vehicle performance selection.The performance indicators and costs of each vehicle type are important factors affecting vehicle renewal of logistics fleet.In view of vehicle renewal optimization problem of the logistics fleet under the new era background,this paper systematically summarizes and reviews a large number of relevant literature,and finds that the current research on vehicle renewal optimization of the logistics fleet for multi-vehicle(especially the mixed fleet of traditional fuel trucks and new energy trucks)and large-scale situation is still not very ideal;the cost description of the whole life cycle of each vehicle is not accurate enough.There is a lack of research on vehicle health status of logistics fleet.Therefore,the research work of vehicle renewal optimization of the logistics fleet needs to be further improved and perfected.Around the above problems,this paper mainly carries out the following research work:(1)Research on single vehicle operation cost of logistics fleet based on vehicle electronic health record platform.The cost analysis of single vehicle operation for different types of vehicles is the precondition of logistics fleet renewal and optimization.Based on the vehicle life cycle maintenance,inspection and operation data stored in the vehicle electronic health records platform,the deterioration law of technical performance and cost along with driving mileage of each type of truck is analyzed by using classification statistics and linear fitting method.It breaks through the limitation of empirical estimation or probability estimation of truck operation cost research in the past.(2)Single vehicle health assessment of logistics fleet based on vehicle electronic health records platform.Vehicle health status is a comprehensive reflection of normal,continuous and efficient work of vehicles.The overall vehicle health status of logistics fleet in a certain period of time directly affects the sustained transport capacity and service quality of logistics fleet.Previous research on Logistics fleet renewal only considers cost and other economic factors,but logistics fleet renewal should coordinate the relationship between logistics fleet size(transport capacity),logistics fleet operating cost(economic factors)and service quality.Therefore,this paper evaluates the health status of logistics fleet vehicles based on the operation data of logistics fleet stored in the vehicle electronic health platform,and regards the health status of logistics fleet vehicles as one of the constraints of logistics fleet renewal optimization model.(3)Research on multi-objective optimization model of vehicle renewal of the logistics fleet based on vehicle electronic health records platform.Based on the data of vehicle mileage of logistics fleet,the transportation demand and operating income of logistics fleet in the decision-making cycle are forecasted.A multi-objective optimization model of logistics fleet renewal based on vehicle electronic health records platform is established by combining the operation costs and health status scores of logistics fleet vehicles determined above.The innovation of the model is mainly embodied in: This model is a completely heterogeneous model,which realizes the renewal operation of scrapping,selling,purchasing and leasing vehicles as a renewal unit.It reflects the cost and income heterogeneity of different vehicles(different types of vehicles,different lifetimes),and achieves maximum benefits under the constraints of limited resources.This model is a multi-variable and non-linear 0-1 programming model,which can be solved jointly by means of MATLAB and YALMIP.(4)Application example and simulation analysis of logistics fleet renewal optimization model.This paper takes the logistics fleet of a large-scale logistics enterprise as an example for empirical analysis,and forms a large-scale logistics fleet renewal optimization model through data collection and data collation.Through the solution of relevant tools,the application effect of the proposed model to large-scale practical problems is verified,and the sensitivity analysis of the changes of parameters such as transportation demand,vehicle rent,vehicle purchase price(subsidy),oil price,electricity price and battery cost in the future is carried out,and the corresponding logistics fleet renewal optimization decision-making scheme is given.It can provide decision support for logistics fleet renewal.
