| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for highway project construction is increasing.The mileage of China’s highway engineering exceeded110,000 kilometers by the end of 2014,ranking first in the world.It is estimated that200,000 kilometers of rural roads were newly renovated in 2018,which refreshed the previous mileage.However,it is inevitable to cause damages to the surrounding environment in the process of highway construction projects,such as the destruction of forest vegetation along the road and the air pollution caused by construction exhaust emission.How to reduce the damage to the environment during the construction of the project has become an essential requirement for the construction of environment-friendly highway projects.Though environment-friendly highway engineering project has become an inevitable trend in highway engineering projects,the requirements for project management which are higher than those of ordinary highway projects should be set up in order to achieve better green project management objectives in the process of project construction.Analysis of the important influencing factors in the process of green highway project management and the usage of scientific methods to evaluate its management performance can provide reference for improving the management of green highway project.Due to these analyses,combining normal project management withenvironment-friendly one,the article studies the performance evaluation of environment-friendly highway project management based on the basic theory.Firstly,the article constructs evaluation index system of environment-friendly highway engineering project management performance.In the process of constructing the system,the article clarifies the principles,objectives and basic steps,which are supported by the literature review and empirical investigation.Then,the performance evaluation model of the environment-friendly highway project management is constructed.To construct a proper evaluation model,the article uses the entropy weight method to calculate the index weight,and uses the matter element extension to eventually finish the model.Finally,taking the JH highway engineering project as an evaluation example,the article evaluates the management performance of JH highway project based on the detailed analysis of situations,and the result of overall performance level of JH is pretty satisfying.This paper comprehensively evaluates the management performance of JH highway engineering project by constructing the performance evaluation index system and model by taking JH highway as an example.The performance evaluation index system and model constructed and practiced in this paper could provide reference for the management work in JH project and also other highway engineering project management work. |
