With the coming of green building industrialization era in China,construction project management and environment are required to develop harmoniously.Prefabricated buildings have gradually developed into an important form of green building industrialization in the current era.Due to various advantages such as resource conservation and green environmental protection,they are increasingly supported by the government and concerned by the whole society.The ability of prefabricated construction engineering project management affects the development of construction industry in China.Due to the low level of standardized design of prefabricated buildings in China and the immaturity of production and management performance system,there are still many problems in the whole process of implementing project management methods.Research on a set of effective project management performance evaluation system is conducive to make a reasonable evaluation of the project management performance of the prefabricated building,used to guide and guide the development of the prefabricated building,which is of great significance for promoting the perfect management of the standard of the prefabricated building and driving the rapid development of China's construction industry.However,the existing performance evaluation index system of prefabricated building project management only starts from some unilateral factors.There are problems such as single object,imperfect and non-universal evaluation system to deal with.Therefore it is necessary to establish a set of evaluation index system of prefabricated construction engineering project management.It's not only good for prefabricated construction engineering project management.In addition,it is beneficial for relevant enterprises to have a good guiding role in the selection of prefabricated building technology construction and have a clear control of the objectives and results.Prefabricated construction characteristic and the project management theory is presented in this paper.It is based on the prefabricated construction project management performance evaluation index system and the angle of the selection of evaluation methods of building.It's based on a lot of study about the prefabricated construction engineering project management performance evaluation index and evaluation method of the literature at home and abroad.In combination with prefabricated building development and project management performance evaluation at home and abroad research background,it puts forward the thinking of this topic research.Then,this paper studies the performance evaluation index selection,evaluation model construction,case analysis and improvement suggestions of prefabricated building project management.(1)The selection angle of the evaluation index system is on the basis of analysising of the other scholars in prefabricated construction's lacking of evaluation indicators and on the basis of the forming mechanism of prefabricated construction project management performance.It's also based on the characteristics of the prefabricated construction engineering and project management performance evaluation index design principles.In combination with prefabricated construction characteristics in whole life cycle of the design,component production,construction of three key stage and the main factors of influence the performance evaluation of engineering project management of quality,cost,time limit for a project,field management,security,the five elements to establish a set of practical and universal significance,dynamic and prefabricated construction engineering project management performance evaluation index system.It makes up for the shortcomings of the existing evaluation index system,which involves a single object and does not form a systematic evaluation system.(2)In terms of the selection of evaluation methods and evaluation model construction,the combination of grey relational analysis method and hierarchical analysis method is applied to the performance evaluation of prefabricated building project management.A multi-level grey relational analysis model is established and the specific process of using this model to evaluate the performance of prefabricated building project is discussed.By grey correlation analysis method to construct evaluation index set,and the dimensionless processing of data,then calculate the grey correlation coefficient of each evaluation index level,based on the analytic hierarchy process and with the help of summation method to determine evaluation index weight coefficient of the child,and obtained by the correlation coefficient of parameters sheer level mutual correlation,then multi-level index correlation calculation.Finally,the performance comprehensive evaluation result is displayed by some specific data,which largely avoided the error due to subjective experience evaluation and make the result more accurate.(3)On the basis of establishing the management evaluation system of assembled construction project with design stage,production stage and construction stage as the main research indicators,it select the actual case to analysis of a project in Chengdu city,Sichuan province.By using multi-level-grey correlation analysis model and the use of analytic hierarchy process and grey correlation analysis method,it is concluded that the case analysis of intuitive project performance evaluation index correlation sort,which verifies the data analysis and interpretation of the process and result of the system.In the management performance of such prefabricated building projects,the most important role in safety management in the construction stage,followed by the quality,construction period and site management in the construction stage,which are also important factors affecting the construction process of the whole prefabricated building.(4)Finally,based on the analysis of the results,some suggestions for improvement of the problems existing in the development of prefabricated buildings in the actual production and construction process are put forward at the end of the paper.It mainly includes the further improvement of the policy system and the construction of industry standards.Integrate market resources and improve industrial chain.This paper introduces the application of BIM technology in the design,production and construction of prefabricated buildings,and provides information management ideas for the development of prefabricated buildings.It is conducive to the actual construction of prefabricated building,the relevant units and professionals in the prefabricated building project management in combination with advanced BIM technology to make the right choice and improve the management effect and quality of prefabricated building project.
