University infrastructure project is a new construction,reconstruction and expansion project to expand the scale and improve the ability of running a school,carried out by colleges and universities as a construction unit,using governmental funds or self-financing funds.Infrastructure projects in colleges and universities have a clear completion time node,vulnerable construction schedule,functional diversity,complex requirements.At the same time,education as a social public welfare undertakings,receives high attention from the society,once risk loss occurs it will cause bad social impact.Especially in recent years,the scale of university infrastructure projects and the complexity of technology have become increasingly apparent.It is of great practical significance to apply the theoretical methods of risk management to university infrastructure projects.This paper takes the F university graduate research building construction project as an example,from external risk and project stakeholders at all stages of the project life cycle perspective,recognizing and evaluating the main risks in infrastructure projects in universities.According to the results of risk assessment,corresponding risk prevention and control measures shall be taken for risk factors of "high risk" and "general risk".First of all,this paper introduces the research background and significance,and analyzes and summarizes relevant research results in risk,risk management and risk management of university infrastructure projects,both domestic and foreign.Secondly,introduces the concept of project risk management and related basic theories.It explains risk,the process and methods of risk management,stakeholder theory and characteristics of university infrastructure projects,provide theoretical basis for the following research.On the basis of the above work,the paper takes the F university graduate research building construction project as an example,identifies the project stakeholders in each stage of the F university graduate research building construction project,focuses on the analysis the external risk,as well as the risk of project core stakeholders and general stakeholders in decision stage,survey and design stage,construction stage,completion acceptance and delivery stage.On this basis,the risk index system of this project is established.By using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the project risk,getting the conclusion that the evaluation result of the F university graduate research building is the general risk.According to the actual situation,the corresponding risk countermeasures are proposed for the risk factors with "high risk" and "general risk".In the end,it summarizes the risk management process of the construction project of the F university graduate research building,and puts forward the prospect of the future research direction.
