Research On The Influence Of Government Support Policies On Enterprise Technology Innovation

In the context of the country's vigorous promotion of innovation,as the main micro-main body of the national innovation system,the importance of technological innovation is self-evident.However,the technological innovation of enterprises will inevitably lead to many problems such as high innovation risks,high cost,double uncertainty in the technology and market.The existence of these problems will lead to insufficient investment in innovation and market failure,which will lead to the collapse of technological innovation.Governments generally adopt government policies to correct "market failures" and guide enterprises to technological innovation.The Chinese government has also issued a series of policies and measures to promote and protect the technological innovation of enterprises.However,the actual implementation of the government's support policies on the technological innovation of enterprises still needs further practical tests.Based on this empirical support,this paper explores the role of government support policies in enterprise technology innovation,which has certain practical significance.This paper first clarifies the connotation of government support policies and technological innovation,and sorts out the theoretical basis of government support policies intervention in enterprise technology innovation.Secondly,from the perspective of the specific implementation of government support policies,the paper explores the mechanism of government support policies on enterprise technology innovation,and selects three kinds of governments to conduct specific mechanism analysis,making a hypothesis.Thirdly,taking the new energy enterprise as an example,the development status and technological innovation level of the new energy industry were studied.The study found that the implementation of government support policies in the new energy industry is not good.From the perspective of technological innovation level,this paper studies the input,output and efficiency of technological innovation,and finds that the overall technological innovation efficiency of new energy enterprises is not high.This paper specifically studies the impact of government subsidies,tax incentives,intellectual property protection and their combinations on technological innovation.Moreover,due to the imbalance of economic development in different regions and the degree of market development,the degree of marketization is introduced to study the degree of influence of government support policies and its combination on technological innovation of enterprises.It is found that the single government support policy has a positive impact on innovation input and output,but it inhibits the efficiency of technological innovation of enterprises.The combination of the two policies promotes innovation input and output,and inhibits innovation efficiency.Only under the combined action of three supporting policies plays a positive role in the efficiency of technological innovation,but it is not conducive to the input and output of innovation.Meanwhile,in areas with a high degree of marketization,the government support policies and its combination has more obviously negative effects on corporate technological innovation.Empirical evidence shows that the government support policies for new energy enterprises has played a certain role in promoting.Government support policies are not yet complete and need to be improved.At the end of the article,the corresponding policy recommendations are proposed.
