With the steady improvement of China's social economy, the aging situation in China is also increasing, and in the rural areas where the forms of "fewer children","older people" and "empty nest" are serious,it has become the core of China's old-age care development. In 2017,the state council issued and implemented the 13 th five-year plan on the development of national undertakings for the aged and the construction of the old-age care system, which put forward the basic principle of "people-oriented,joint contribution and Shared benefits" for the construction of the old-age care system and the goal of "joint contribution and Shared benefits for all, regardless of age".The development and sharing of new old-age care is a concrete embodiment of China's efforts to develop the sharing economy and optimize the allocation of old-age care resources. It is also an inevitable trend of the development of new old-age care in rural areas. On this basis, this study in henan province xingyang caves ditch village for example,to live in the old man over the age of 60 and village idle space for both the starting point, using the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to build a new type of Shared pension service model, and based on the Shared service mode of "sharing" endowment space design strategy. This study is mainly divided into five parts:Firstly, based on the concept, origin, connotation and development status quo of "Shared development concept" and "new rural old-age care model",this paper interprets and compares the concept, origin, connotation and development status quo of the two main bodies, and proposes the feasibility and key foothold of the concept of Shared development in the new rural old-age care model.Secondly,by combining qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper studies the basic situation of the village and the physical space status in terms of living space environment, and puts forward the layout characteristics of "large aggregation and small dispersion" of resources that can be "Shared" in shidonggou village, and the conclusion of the use characteristics of "much idle and unbalanced use".Thirdly, based on the basic starting point of the elderly population in shidonggou village,an in-depth investigation and analysis was carried out in three aspects, namely, natural attributes, characteristics of daily behaviors and activities, and elderly care needs. The paper proposed the distribution characteristics of "old" aggregation and "small" dispersion,as well as the conclusion of demand characteristics for self-value affirmation through behavioral activities.Fourthly, based on the concept of "sharing",the Shared space resources and service resources in shidonggou village are defined and integrated to form the Shared old-age care model of shidonggou village. The content and scale of required space and facilities are deduced from the model.Combined with the "shareable" space resources of the village,it forms the overall planning of pension space in three parts: the core sharing circle, the general sharing circle and the Shared path. Then,it puts forward three overall design strategies, namely, functional layout according to local conditions, spatial structure flexibility sharing, and landscape function sharing promotion. Finally, under the guidance of the overall spatial planning and design strategy of the village, specific designs were made for three types of Spaces and facilities including core sharing circle, general sharing circle and Shared path,so as to form a set of design scheme for the overall old-age care space of Shidonggou village under the Shared old-age care mode.It provides some reference significance for the development of new old-age care system in rural areas of China.
