Metro vehicle is hosted in urban rail transit passenger transportation equipment,is very important in the status of subway operation,its safe,reliable and efficient operation is related to national security and people’s life and property safety,the subway operation plays an important role.Metro vehicle,in the process of operation parts abrasion and electrical aging problem as the run time increases,the accumulation of vehicle running quality and security will be threatened,must be timely to provide comprehensive,effective and high quality maintenance,maintaining or restoring the vehicle’s running quality.Therefore,establish a scientific and reasonable system of subway vehicle maintenance,to ensure the vehicle no disrepair,is of great significance to ensure the traffic safety.Metro vehicle maintenance system refers to the vehicle when and under what condition should achieve what state after maintenance and maintenance of technical regulations.Subway overhaul system establishment is to choose suitable for the purpose of the system of vehicle maintenance,vehicle maintenance system within the framework of clear its maintenance mode(hereinafter referred to as the maintenance mode),the core of the maintenance model is to determine reasonable repairing(determined by the vehicle maintenance cycle),the scope of repairing maintenance at all levels and quality requirements.Xi’an metro vehicle maintenance system is based on xi ’an metro vehicle type,quantity,performance,and the opening after the operation of usage,the comprehensive research of subway vehicle operation management at home and abroad on the basis of the general characteristics and individual differences of xi ’an subway,by analyzing a variety of maintenance system,establish a "safety,improve efficiency,reduce cost" as the goal of xi ’an metro vehicle maintenance system,formed with characteristic of xi ’an subway vehicle repair and maintenance management system,and ensure that truly after opening of reasonable arrangement of equipment operation,effective utilization of overhaul resources,reduce the failure rate and maximum residual rate,realize optimization of vehicle maintenance.This paper analyses the setting of vehicle repair schedule in the initial stage of the opening of Xi’an Metro Line 2 and puts forward the optimization direction for overcoming the contradiction of improving transport capacity after the operation is netted.On the basis of investigating and analyzing the maintenance characteristics of domestic and international rail transit vehicles,the common characteristics of repair schedule are found out.By using the system module design concept and method,the optimization direction is determined as balanced maintenance.Considering the correlation between each module and the maintenance characteristics and maintenance conditions of the module itself,RCM analysis technology is used to identify the actual vehicle maintenance requirements and form a vehicle maintenance and maintenance management system with the characteristics of Xi’an Metro.
