With the maturing of the economic environment and the increasing competition among enterprises,enterprises must take the lead in competition,and intelligence has become an important pursuit.Competitive intelligence has become the fourth production enterprise after capital,technology and talent.Elements.In other words,enterprises have become a focus of their work for their own information protection.Therefore,enterprises in the information age have begun to use anti-competitive intelligence capabilities as an important indicator of their comprehensive competitiveness.Regarding the research on anti-competitive intelligence capabilities of enterprises,the past research is mainly based on the entire business environment,and the evaluation indicators are established from the index system.The research in this paper is based on the existing anti-competitive intelligence capability assessment model of enterprises and combines the characteristics of JX and its industry to build an evaluation model of anti-competitive intelligence capabilities.The first is to supplement the research on anti-competitive intelligence capability assessment model,and the second is to build an anti-competitive intelligence capability assessment model based on the industry environment in which JX is located.The third is to establish an anti-competitive intelligence capability assessment model for JX to monitor the anti-competitive intelligence capabilities of the enterprise in real time,and to find out the defects and loopholes of the anti-competitive intelligence capabilities of the enterprise through the evaluation results and the details of each branch in the evaluation process.Targetedly strengthen the management of anti-competitive intelligence in enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.JX is a comprehensive enterprise of R&D,production and sales in the household appliance industry.It has the following characteristics: Due to the long-term establishment of the company,the management thinking is slower to change;the industry in which it is located has the characteristics of cluster development,supplier customers,etc.The business group has convenient communication;the technology development investment is large but the imitation is simple;the industry competition is extremely fierce,and the price war makes the information more precious.Through research,the evaluation model of this paper establishes 14 first-level evaluation indicators based on the organizational strategy building ability of anti-competitive intelligence agents,key intelligence protection capabilities,indicators based on active anti-competitive intelligence capabilities,and four perspectives based on continuous management capabilities.From the aspects of organizational construction,corporate culture,work system,personnel management,professionalism,intelligence acquisition,emergency response mechanism,etc.,the 14 evaluated indicators are subdivided into 50 secondary evaluation indicators,and anti-competitive intelligence will be The ability is more comprehensively and concretely implemented into the working rules.The anti-competitive intelligence capability assessment model is constructed by the expert scoring combined with the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights between the evaluation indicators.Through the model to evaluate JX's anti-competitive intelligence capabilities,the company's employees conducted questionnaire surveys according to management,professional anti-personnel,and other grassroots employees.By scoring each evaluation item,the evaluation model was used to complete the anti-competition of JX workers.Intelligence capability assessment.Through this evaluation,it is found that JX Company has insufficient organizational structure integrity in the anti-competitive intelligence work,lack of corporate training,lack of reward and punishment system in anti-competitive intelligence work,non-conforming product return and handling risk and emergency mechanism.The effectiveness of the problem is not enough,and finally these problems provide the corresponding solutions.
