Driven by the double pressure of energy shortage and environmental pollution,governments around the world have begun to vigorously promote new energy.Although new energy buses develop rapidly,their share of the automobile market is still low,and the development potential of new energy buses is huge.Many traditional and emerging automobile enterprises in China are striving to develop new energy buses in line with the trend of The Times.Competition in the industry is fierce from the first study of innovative technology to the production and sales of new energy buses.Therefore,in such a full of opportunities and full of competition in the smooth development of the industry,the enterprise development strategy choice is particularly important.Since the new century,competitive intelligence analysis has been widely used in many fields in China.Accurate competitive intelligence analysis and research to help enterprise personnel to respond to proposal requests and business opportunities is very important,but in the field of new energy passenger cars,the analysis and application of competitive intelligence research is relatively lacking.The author to broaden the use range,competitive intelligence analysis also provides new energy bus enterprise strategic decision guidance and practical application,for the purpose of the application of relevant knowledge of competition information science,from the current situation of new energy bus and coach industry development,with the examples of plant car companies in their own conditions,the enterprise environment,competitors,competitive intelligence analysis and research.Selecting and summarizing the factors that have a greater impact on the competition of enterprises for SWOT analysis.Then SWOT strategy of AHP model to the enterprise strategic decision to calculate and determine the SO strategy for the development direction of auto graft,proposed to establish precise marketing,market penetration,adjust the strategic layout,to strengthen the construction of security,new products research and development,the launch of hydrogen fuel cell bus as soon as possible,to promote product upgrades,launched four specific measures such as low cost logistics vehicles,To provide a theoretical basis for the strategic development of Zhongzhi Automobile.
