In this paper, the finite element analysis of bias tire are conducted by finite element software ABAQUS.During the modeling process, geometric nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and tire and road surface nonlinear factors of the tire structure are fully taken into account. This article is based on tire geometric nonlinearity, material nonlinearity, and contact nonlinearity for modeling and analysis. In order to determine the mechanical properties of the rubber material composition of the tire, according to the nominal stress and strain of each part of the rubber given by the enterprise, the given data is input into ABAQUS,and the curve fitting is carried out according to the ABAQUS own function to obtain the required. The material constitutive relationship and material parameters. For the steel material of the carcass layer and the buffer layer, the rib element is used to simulate the material properties, and the parameter complex value is re-calculated in the reber element. The selection of the material constitutive relationship of loam and gravel is based on the previous scholars correlation between these two types of soil.Parameter determination, directly applied to this paper. In this paper, the inflation of bias tire was simulated,he deformation under inflated condition, stress and strain distribution of tire were the fully analyzed. The simulation of grounding process of the tire under static vertical loads was conducted, fully analyzed vertical load deformation, stress and strain distribution of the tire. Finally,on the basis of the vertical load of the tire, the paper simulated the steady rolling process, analyzed the contact between tire and road surface and the changes of the stress distribution as well as sink age of tire under different speeds. The study found that the analysis results of inflatable conditions and the tire contact with the road surface in the vertical loads reflect the actual situation.Analysis results of the stress distribution and subsidence of the tire is more consistent with the literature. Therefore, the model in this paper is reasonable, and it can provide a reference for the tire structure design and evaluation of tire performance.
