With the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive industry,the competition between enterprises is no longer just price,but also the reliable quality.There are many quality management technologies in the field of quality,the most famous of which is total quality management,six sigma,lean production and quality system.There are many tools included and derived from each content.Facing such a big amount of knowledge point,how to apply it reasonably and effectively is a very important subject.Many enterprises in China,including famous foreign-funded companies,quality workers are still at a relatively shallow stage because of the short accumulation of experience.The product of ZD company in this artical is laminate fabric.This thesis analyzed the quality problems encountered in the actual production.The reserch takes the improvement route of Six Sigma method as the main body,supplemented by lean production,and studies based on normal operation of quality system.The whole improvement activities are carried out in five stages of Six Sigma: the definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control.In the problem definition stage,it introduces how to choose the appropriate improvement project from the perspective of enterprise operation,through paper method,multiple voting method and actual data collection,and determines the goal of the improvement project.In the measurement stage,the reliability and accuracy of the measurement system are determined by using the measurement system analysis;the suppliers and themselves are audited by using the process audit tool sheet,and the problems in the process are found and improved to ensure that the confirmation of future improvement effect is true;find the equipment with enough process stability by calculating process capability to make the product fluctuation in a reasonable range.In the measurement phase,measurement system analysis,process audit tool sheet and process capability calculation are used to eliminate research obstacles and ensure the reliability of research results.At the root cause analysis stage,the potential causes of the problem were identified by means of real sample and brainstorming,then the method of experimental verification is used to confirm its correctness..In the improvement stage,based on the study result above,how to find the optimal parameters and methods of improvement through experimental verification and physical analysis is discussed.In the control phase,process statistics and working Instruction standardization are used to ensure the long-term effectiveness of improvement measures,at the same time,the economic benefits of the improvement are summarized.At the end of the artical,the most improved projects are summarized and their expectations for enterprise quality work are put forward.The content of the article is expected to guide an enterprise how to improve the quality of products more effectively in the form of cases,hoping to help enterprises troubled by quality problems find ways to improve.
