With the fast and steady development of China’s economy, the construction industry has been rapid development and played a backbone and foundation role in the national economy. The construction project quality not only affect the development of enterprises seriously, but also relate to the safety of the people’s life and property. Therefore, studying the advanced quality management and applying to the construction project have important practical significance.In this thesis, we integrate the Lean and Six Sigma Management organically on the base of the analysis on the advantage and deficiency of Lean and Six Sigma Management. Combining with the actual situation and characteristics of the construction project, we propose the concept of Lean Six Sigma Construction Quality Management. We further discuss the operability, necessity and advantages about the Lean Six Sigma Management applied to control the construction quality, and develop the implementation framework of the Lean Six Sigma Construction Quality Management elementarily. The most importantly, we successfully apply the Lean Six Sigma Construction Quality Management to a construction project--the Pile Foundation project of YongJin High School by using some management manners, such as "Lean Procss Plan","Kanban Promote" and so on. Finally, this Management method has good results. In this thesis, Lean Six Sigma Management is proved that it not only can be used in the construction industry, but also play an important role to ensure the construction quality.
