XLPE cable is a new type of high voltage cable with three-dimensional network structure and polyethylene as the main material.The maximum withstand voltage of this kind of cable can reach 500kV.It has the characteristics of light weight,simple structure,excellent electrical performance and so on.It is widely used in industrial,military and civil high-voltage power supply networksCatenary CV method(CCV),is one of the most common production methods of XLPE cable.XLPE cable production line produced by CCV method is collectively referred to as XLPE-CCV production line.In this method,three different types of extruders are used to extrude rubber layer by layer at the same time,and then with the cooperation of other mechanical and electrical equipment,the finished XLPE cable is made through a series of processes such as crosslinking and cooling.Among them,the heating efficiency,control accuracy and stability of the extruder are all important factors that determine the performance and quality of the finished XLPE cable.At present,most domestic CCV lines use PLC and traditional PID algorithm to control the temperature system of the extruder and adjust the control parameters on the spot according to the experience of the operator.However,this method has a series of problems such as low intelligence,low heating efficiency,waste of time and human resources by adjusting parameters on site,and poor anti-interference abilityIn view of the above problems,in this paper,the fuzzy control PID algorithm based on Siemens PLC is used to improve the temperature control system of the existing XLPE-CCV production line.The fuzzy control system is a new type of automatic controller.It has the advantage that it does not need to establish an accurate mathematical model.It can design the system to control the equipment based on the experience of technicians.Fuzzy PID control is based on the PID algorithm,which takes error E and error change rate EC as input,uses fuzzy rules for fuzzy reasoning,queries fuzzy table for parameter adjustment.So as to meet the requirements of PID parameters in different situations.In this paper,the related theories of fuzzy PID control are studied deeply.Then we transplanted the fuzzy PID control system into Siemens S7-300 series PLC and use fuzzy controller to realize the automatic tuning and adjustment of the parameters of Siemens PID control block.In order to adapt to the new system,the HMI human-computer interface of XLPE-CCV production line is redesigned,and the actual test is carried out on the XLPE-CCV production equipment produced by Bai cheng Fuji a Technology Co.,Ltd.In the test,Siemens WinCC HMI software is used to monitor and analyze the data online,and the feasibility of the system is verified by comparing with the traditional control mode.This study provides a reference for the optimal design of temperature control system of XLPE-CCV production line and other industrial temperature control systems.
