At present,wind power generation technology is an environmentally friendly,mature technology,low cost,and a green technology with scale benefits.It is also the fastest growing new energy power generation technology form.There are two forms of transmission of electrical energy generated by wind farms to the power grid.They are connected to the microgrid or the power grid separately in the form of distributed power sources,and are jointly developed with the wind farm to form a centralized grid.The main research of this paper is to consider the spatial and temporal characteristics of wind resources,select a wind farm development combination,establish a wind farm,and connect wind power to the grid through large-scale centralized development and long-distance high voltage.Most regions rich in wind energy resources are far from the load center,and the grid structure near the wind farm access point is weak.In addition,the output of the wind turbine is random,intermittent,and anti-peak adjustment.The short-term planning and design of the wind power base needs to consider the combined development form of the wind farm,as well as the stability and power flow distribution after the wind farm is connected to the system,and also needs to consider and complete the system expansion plan after completion.This paper presents the phenomenon of correlation and complementarity of wind farm output in wind power bases.According to the complementary phenomenon of wind resources,after the establishment of wind farms,the output between wind farms exhibits a complementary phenomenon,reducing the fluctuation level of wind power in the system.Since the power of the wind farm changes in real time,this paper changes the output changes of the wind farm connected to the system in the experiment,so that there is a complementary phenomenon between them,and the power flow calculation and voltage level analysis are carried out.The simulation results using the IEEE-57 node system show that after the wind farm is connected to the system,the change in its output will not cause the system to become unstable,and the voltage level is still within the specified range.The selection of the grid connection point considers that the access bus must be far away from the load center and conventional energy generating units,and after the node is connected to the wind farm,the system voltage is still stable.When the combined output of the wind farm changes,a line expansion plan is proposed based on the line load and line loss.
