Under the goals of "carbon neutrality" and "carbon peaking",wind power,as a mature new energy power generation technology,still has great development prospects in the future.my country’s wind power generation mainly adopts the development method of "building large bases and integrating into large power grids",and more and more large-scale wind power generation bases will be completed.However,wind power is volatile,which will affect the planning and dispatch of wind farms.Wind farms in a certain area are complementary and interrelated,producing a certain degree of smoothing benefits,and making wind power output more smooth.For large-scale external power transmission wind power bases in the preliminary design and planning,if the time and space related characteristics of wind resources are reasonably considered,the sequence of wind resource development should be taken into account on the basis of the existing grid planning.It is possible to reduce operating costs during the entire life cycle of the power grid,thereby reducing the entire life cycle cost.Therefore,how to integrate the power grid and operation,maintenance and dispatching has become a topic of practical research value.This paper focuses on the integrated research of grid planning and dispatching of large-scale wind power bases,and explores a scientific planning method for large-scale wind power bases.The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1)Based on the research on the output characteristics of wind power in the southern Gobi area of Mongolia.The volatility,complementarity,correlation,and temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of wind power were reviewed,and the theory of relative standard deviation to measure wind power output volatility was applied to the planning process;(2)Based on the analysis results of wind resources in the Gobi area of southern Mongolia,a planning model study for the integration of large-scale wind power bases into the system was carried out.Divide the wind power base into equal-capacity wind power clusters,use the planning model to determine the location and capacity of the500 k V collection stations of the wind power clusters,as well as the grouping of wind farms,and apply the planning results of the access system to the sequential development model;(3)Based on the results of the access system in the southern Gobi area of Mongolia,a research on the sequential development of large-scale wind power bases was carried out.Researched the formulation process of the dispatching curve,the theory of typical scenario generation,and established a planning model for the sequential development of large-scale wind power bases considering planning costs,dispatching operating costs and line costs,combining wind speed data,geographic information data and load in the research area Data etc.,the model is solved by genetic algorithm.
