With the growing scarcity of energy, environmental protection requirements and the growth of electricity demand, the Jieyang area began to actively adjust and optimize the power structure, and actively consider the wind power and other clean energy. The construction and use of the multi wind farms will greatly optimize the power structure of Jieyang power grid, and the economic benefits and environmental protection value will be significantly improved. However, due to the random, volatility and intermittent of the wind farm, the wind farm is not to be scheduled. The access of multi wind farms can change the original power flow and network loss distribution, and bring the negative factors to the system’s power angle, frequency and voltage stability, which brings new challenges to the system’s reliability, planning and operation scheduling. Therefore, it has very strong practical significance to carry out the research on the system power flow calculation and power network planning.In this paper, the influence of wind farm connected to the system and the requirements of wind farm connected to the grid are introduced, and the mathematical model of the power flow calculation of Jieyang power grid with wind farm is established. The power system analysis software is used to calculate and analyze the power flow, and the results of the power system are proposed for the operation and planning of Jieyang power network.Full consideration of the impact of three factors on the investment, power loss, and voltage qualification rate of the power network, the single objective and multi-objective optimization model of the wind farm connected to Jieyang power grid is established based on the artificial intelligence algorithm. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of Jieyang 110 k V and above voltage level power network, the model of Jieyang power grid with wind farm is studied, which provides theoretical basis for the planning scheme of Jieyang power grid connected wind farm.
