Identification Of Influencing Factors And Improvement Path Research On Refined Cost Management Of Steel Reinforcement Engineering During The Construction Phase Of GH Project

At present,China’s economy is undergoing transformation and upgrading.As a national pillar industry,the construction industry,in the fierce market competition environment,exploring refined management models has become the development direction for every construction enterprise to improve its efficiency.As one of the important tasks of construction cost management,steel bar engineering cost management has problems such as incomplete system management,chaotic on-site construction management,and serious material waste,greatly increasing the construction cost of enterprises.Therefore,exploring a refined management mode for steel bar engineering cost and reducing steel bar engineering costs is urgent,and it is also an important breakthrough point for construction enterprises to reduce construction costs.This article takes the GH project as the research object,combines relevant theories of project management and refined management,and uses methods such as literature research,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and structural equation modeling to explore and study the influencing factors of refined management of steel bar engineering costs during the construction phase of the GH project.Through literature review and expert interviews,the characteristics of cost management in steel bar engineering were sorted out,and the problems and reasons for cost management in steel bar engineering at different stages were analyzed.It is believed that there is great room for improvement in the level of refined cost management in steel bar engineering during the construction phase;In order to address the issues of cost refinement management in steel bar engineering during the construction phase more targeted and improve the level of cost refinement management in steel bar engineering during the construction phase,the author determined the research direction by organizing interviews with 12 senior practitioners of GH project on the influencing factors of cost refinement management in steel bar engineering during the construction phase,including steel bar sampling management,steel bar raw material management Analyze and study the refined cost management of steel bar engineering from four aspects: steel bar processing management and steel bar installation management;Using SPSS and AMOS software to construct a structural equation model,reliability and validity analysis were conducted on the collected survey questionnaires using the survey questionnaire method.The impact of potential variables and observation variables was analyzed.The results showed that the level of steel sample management,steel material management,steel processing management,and steel installation management during the construction phase had a significant impact on the cost refinement management of steel engineering.Therefore,this article designs and applies a plan for the cost refinement management of steel reinforcement engineering during the construction phase of the GH project.Using WBS method,cost refinement management is carried out from five aspects: steel reinforcement system management,steel reinforcement sampling management,steel reinforcement raw material management,steel reinforcement processing management,and steel reinforcement installation management,and the implementation effect of the plan is verified.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the refined cost management of the reinforcement engineering in the construction stage,this paper uses the refined management concept to design and apply the refined cost management scheme of the reinforcement engineering in the construction stage from the aspects of system management and construction process management,and forms a complete and feasible refined cost management scheme of the reinforcement engineering,which is not only conducive to the talent management The improvement of institutional management and supervisory management mechanisms can also provide reference for the cost management of steel reinforcement engineering in other construction projects.
