Research On Service Quality Optimization Strategy Of Tianjin Comprehensive Park Based On Kano-QFD Model

Promoting the construction of urban comprehensive parks is one of the important ways to realize ecological civilization and build a livable city.In recent years,the Chinese government has invested a lot of money in the construction of urban comprehensive parks,focusing on the development of urban gardening and greening.This is an important measure to implement sustainable development,improve the urban environment,and build an ecological civilization.However,the increase in the number and scale of urban comprehensive parks does not necessarily lead to a high visit rate.It is also necessary to continuously improve the public service quality of comprehensive parks according to the needs of tourists.Tourists are the terminals of public services in urban comprehensive parks and the most important part of all stakeholders.The acquisition and satisfaction of tourist needs is an important basis for improving the quality of urban comprehensive park services.In the era of "public demand",the quality of public services in integrated parks is often reflected by the perception of tourists about the public services they receive.Therefore,this article is guided by "public demand" and integrates the revised results of Kano-IPA into QFD to establish a comprehensive park public service quality optimization model based on tourist demand.Through the solution of the model,identify the key indicators to measure the public park service quality of public parks and the priorities of public service quality improvement projects,and explore a more direct way to optimize public park public service quality that reflects public demand.The contents and conclusions of the full text study are as follows:Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance of this article are explained in detail.At the same time,the main research methods,research ideas and current research status at home and abroad are introduced.The research status at home and abroad mainly summarizes and reviews the research status of domestic and foreign public service quality management theory,public park service quality optimization and integrated application of Kano-QFD,and puts forward the innovative points of this paper.Then it also sorted out the connotation,extension of the comprehensive park,the connotation and characteristics of the public service quality of the comprehensive park,and analyzed the connection and distinction between the comprehensive park and the modern city park;at the same time,the concepts,principles,advantages and limitations of Kano and QFD and Kano-QFD integrated model is introduced,which lays a theoretical foundation for full-text research.After that,we focused on the comprehensive model of public park service quality optimization based on the Kano-QFD integration method.In order to overcome theproblem of previous scholars' overly subjective research on the public park service quality of integrated parks,and achieve a reasonable connection between the optimization indicators and the needs of tourists,this paper introduces the Kano-QFD integration method in the process of optimizing the service quality of comprehensive parks in Tianjin.A new service quality optimization model for urban parks based on tourists' needs.This model obtains tourists ' perception information through SERVQUAL and Kano questionnaires,analyzes the importance and satisfaction data of various public service quality factors,and uses IPA analysis to modify the KANO model to the public.According to the initial classification of demand,the Kano-IPA distribution grid is used to extract key public service quality elements to form QFD demand import information,construct a comprehensive park public service quality house(HOQ),develop through quality functions,and derive priority improvements for public service quality function elements order.Finally,taking Nancuiping Park in Tianjin as an example,empirical research was carried out to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.As far as the optimization of public service quality in Nancuiping Park is concerned,the management department is involved in personnel training,service supervision,opinion collection,Traffic management and park planning should focus on improvement.Based on the empirical research of public service quality optimization of Nancuiping Park in Tianjin,combined with the content of the previous research,a strategy for public service quality optimization of Tianjin comprehensive park based on "public demand" was proposed to optimize the public service quality of Tianjin comprehensive park.Provide decision support and path reference.
