Study On The Quality Management System Of The Construction Projects In Tianjin Aerospace Industrial Park

With the development of china’s social economy,a large number of infrastructure construction projects st arted construction,quality management is an important management of construction projects.In the process of the implementation of the construction project,the participating units adopted various quality management methods to carry out the quality manage ment of the construction project,effectively controlling the quality of the construction project.However,most construction projects have not been established,the use of a total quality management system and operational effect evaluation,can not intuitively understand the trend of quality management development.Therefore,in the quality management of construction projects,it is necessary to establish a total quality management system and evaluate its operational effectiveness.This paper first,through the relevant theory and research results at home and abroad,it is clear that quality management has entered the stage of total quality management,using mathematical models can be used to evaluate the operation and effectiveness of the quality managemen t system.Then combined with the current situation of quality management in Tianjin Aerospace Industrial Park and the quality problems existing,analyze the causes of the problems,and clearly need to establish a comprehensive quality management system.In accordance with the principles and steps to establish a comprehensive quality management system,and developed the corresponding operation and safeguard measures,and finally to 305 a integrated technology and plant construction projects as an example of the use of hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the Tianjin Aerospace Industrial Park construction project comprehensive quality management system operation effect of comprehensive evaluation,determine the key control p oints of the comprehensive quality management system and evaluation results,the follow-up construction project quality management improvement to provide a scientific basis.
