A Research Of Public Services Planning In Hi-Tech Park

The 1^st part refers to the relationship between public services arranging and hi-tech park development. Putting forward the conflictions between the hi-tech R&D and the low level public services in the hi-tech park, when rapid redevelopment are taking places in the structure changing of industry. By using the building experience of hi-tech park both in China and in other nations of the world, concluding the key of public services planning in hi-tech park now in China; by reviewing the theories and methods in this domain, to raise a new method of public services planning.The 2^nd part contains 3 surveys in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai, China. They are public services survey to know the services kinds; the degree of satisfaction survey to know the services situation; the needs of public services survey to know the needs of services.The 3^rd part discuss the theories and methods in solving the problems that public services planning system are out of date when new faction are taking place in different part of the city and the speed of development become much faster than before. This research develops a new planning system to fit the needs of public services in hi-tech park, to discuss the kinds, the scales, the distributing and the operating in public services. The research also refers to the methods of forecasting the new needs of public services in newly built function area in the city and the new needs bring by the development of the area itself.In the finality, the main conclusions of the research and the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
