Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Urban Health In Gansu Province

As an element of the city,health has been deeply integrated into the city’s blood,becoming the soul of the city,and occupying an important position in the development of the city.Healthy cities have gradually become the guarantee of sustainable development of the city and become the development model of the future city.On the basis of consulting relevant literature,this article combines the "National Healthy City Evaluation Index(2018 Version)",based on the combination of scientificity,comprehensiveness,people-oriented,operability,and subjectivity and objective,selects the evaluation indicators that reflect the actual situation in Gansu Province Adopt Delphi expert consultation method to build a healthy city evaluation system of Gansu Province composed of five aspects: healthy environment,healthy society,healthy services,healthy people and healthy culture;use analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to calculate index weights and adopt The comprehensive weighting method combines the two weights to determine the final index weights;calculates the health index of 14 cities in Gansu Province according to the health index function,and evaluates the construction status of their healthy cities.The results show that:(1)From the overall development level,the development of healthy cities in Gansu Province is not coordinated.Using GIS to present the construction level of healthy cities in Gansu Province in space,it is divided into three levels: low level,middle level and higher level.Lanzhou City has the highest level of healthy city construction,and its city health index is 0.736.Jiayuguan City,Zhangye City,Tianshui City,Dingxi City,Pingliang City,Qingyang City,Longnan City,Baiyin City,Linxia Prefecture and Jiuquan City are at the middle level.The construction levels in Wuwei,Jinchang and Gannan are relatively low.(2)From different aspects of the evaluation of the construction level of healthy cities,1)The highest health environment index is Zhangye City,which is 0.1496,and the lowest is Qingyang City,which is 0.0877.The environmental health index of most cities is near the average Distribution;2)There are relatively large differences in the construction of healthy society in Gansu Province.The highest healthy society index is Lanzhou City,which is 0.2922,the lowest is Gannan Prefecture,which is 0.0450.The health environment index of other cities is between 0.05-0.20;3)The difference in health services between cities and states is relatively small.The highest health index is still Lanzhou City,which is 0.1013,the lowest is Wuwei City,and the health service index is 0.0333.The health index of most cities is distributed around the average value of 0.0628,4)The difference between cities and states of healthy people is relatively small.The highest healthy people index is Tianshui City,which is 0.1236,and the lowest is Jiayuguan City,which is 0.0707,and the health people index of most cities is distributed around the average value of 0.1001;5)Health culture The highest index is Lanzhou City,which is 0.0929,and the lowest is Wuwei City,which is 0.0143,and the health index of most cities is distributed around the average value of 0.1001.(3)In view of the different levels of cities in terms of healthy environment,healthy society,healthy services,healthy people and healthy culture,each city should fully understand its advantages and disadvantages in the construction of healthy cities in Gansu Province,and seize the urban construction Opportunities to rationally promote the construction of healthy cities in Gansu Province.
