The construction of highway in gansu province started later and developed slowly than other provinces and cities in China.With the increase of the total traffic mileage of gansu province highway,plus special geographical location factors of gansu province,gansu province of highway roadbed diseases and sudden hole growing,gansu province highway subgrade pavement not only long suffering heavy hole charge vehicle repeatedly effect,but also suffered from the loess plateau climate and environment,making it appears in the quality of highway roadbed declining trend,more serious is that turtle net on subgrade pavement cracking,potholes,subsidence and damage of diseases such as various crack dimension,and these diseases a serious threat to highway vehicle safety running,once the highway roadbed The occurrence of disease,it is unable to provide high-speed,smooth and comfortable conditions for the operation of vehicles,and may even cause vehicle damage and death of traffic accidents.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the modern prevention and maintenance of expressways and the treatment measures of typical diseases,and explores a method and measures suitable for the prevention and treatment of typical diseases of expressways in gansu province.1)Based on this,after a number of field investigations and statistical analysis,four typical diseases such as crack,loose,deformed and other types of highway pavement in Gansu Province,including cracking,transverse,longitudinal,block,pit,niionbbling,peeling,flaky,loosening,embracing,sinking,rutting and wave,are obtained.The proportion of the transverse joints is 33%,which is in the first place of all the diseases,and then the longitudinal seam,the crack,the rut,the hemp and so on.The proportion is 28%,11%,8%and 3%respectively.The oil pan,the flocking,the debris flow and the slash are all 1%,and the causes of these typical diseases are analyzed.2)On the basis of these diseases,based on the research of pavement structure and properties,three kinds of diseases,such as crack,loose and deformable,are used as the first grade index,and the evaluation index of two grades is crack,transverse crack,longitudinal crack,pit slot,peeling,face,embracing,subsidence and rutting,and a new evaluation method based on matter element model is proposed.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight theory are used to calculate the influence weight of each evaluation index.Based on the qualitative and quantitative advantages of the matter element theory,a comprehensive evaluation model is established for the expressway pavement condition in Gansu province.The multi index optimal realization information is converted into the correlation function,and each evaluation index is calculated by the correlation function.The evaluation results are obtained by the method of the degree of correlation.3)Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method are verified through the analysis of the fracture,loose and deformable diseases of a 30km road condition in the G75 Lanhai Expressway in Longnan.Through investigation,induction,analysis and summary,the technical scheme and measures suitable for the highway pavement maintenance and disease prevention and control in Gansu province are obtained,and the prevention and treatment measures for all diseases are put forward one by one on the cause of the cause of each disease. |
