The evaluation system of modern apprenticeship teaching quality is the lifeline of teaching quality and the basis and clue for the implementation of modern apprenticeship.With the development of society,the market demand for skilled talents is increasing gradually.In order to solve the situation that the supply of technical talents is in short supply,the Ministry of education began to formulate the opinions of the Ministry of education on carrying out the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system in 2014 ]No.9)document,which marks the beginning of modern apprenticeship system,indicates that vocational colleges should actively explore the implementation of modern apprenticeship system,actively look for enterprises to participate in the whole process of vocational education talent training,and realize the talent training of "four docking,one improvement and two integration",that is,the docking of professional setting and industrial demand,the docking of curriculum content and professional standards,and the docking of teaching process and students Production process docking,graduation certificate and vocational qualification certificate docking,vocational education and lifelong learning docking.To improve the quality and pertinence of talent training,the "4 docking and 2integration" talent training mode is based on the integration of school education projects and enterprise production projects,and the integration of school teachers and enterprise masters.This brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of vocational education,which makes it imperative to study the relevant system of modern apprenticeship.Based on the analysis of modern apprenticeship teaching quality at home and abroad and on-the-spot investigation and study,this paper uses quantitative and qualitative methods,stakeholder theory and multiple intelligence theory to determine the evaluation subject and evaluation index of modern apprenticeship teaching quality system,and constructs a multiple and open teaching quality evaluation model of new energy automobile major,and then to determine the modern apprenticeship teaching quality The framework of evaluation system is constructed,and the index weight of modern apprenticeship teaching quality evaluation system is determined by combining expert experience method and AHP.Finally,the evaluation data are collected,sorted out and analyzed to determine the modern apprenticeship teaching quality evaluation system of new energy vehicle maintenance major.
