The optimization of the facility layout of the workshop in an enterprise can not only reduce the physical cost of the enterprise,improve the layout structure of the workshop,effectively improve the production efficiency,but also help the enterprise to change from quantity competition to quality competition,better realize the transformation and upgrading,so the optimization of the facility layout of the workshop is the third profit source of the enterprise.Workshop facility layout research is not only a hot direction of engineering research and practice,but also an important component of the internal production system of an enterprise,involving multi-disciplinary knowledge.And the turnover efficiency of materials,the utilization efficiency of production workshop equipment,the balance of production line and the safety of production workshop are closely related to the facility layout of the production workshop.The facility layout in the workshop will directly reflect the operation efficiency of the enterprise.Based on H company’s heat pump production line,this paper studies and analyzes the current problems of its facility layout in the production workshop.Then,in view of the reality of H company’s heat pump production line,firstly,using SLP method to analyze and sort out the logistics relationship and non logistics relationship in the current production line,and draw the relevant diagram,and then design two according to the relevant diagram A set of preliminary facility layout scheme is proposed.Then genetic algorithm is used to improve the previously designed facility layout scheme.The transportation cost and non logistics relationship are taken as the constraint objectives to build a mathematical model.The genetic algorithm is used to obtain the optimal solution and determine an optimized facility layout scheme.Finally,Flexsim is used to simulate the improved facility layout before and after the improvement Through comparative analysis,the optimized facility layout is more reasonable.In this paper,the theoretical knowledge and relevant research on the layout of production workshop facilities are combined with the actual production situation.Taking the heat pump production workshop of H company as an example,the logistics and transportation cost of the enterprise is reduced,the layout structure of the workshop is improved,the production efficiency is effectively improved,and then the profit of the enterprise is increased.In this paper,genetic algorithm is effectively integrated into SLP method to solve the problem of facility layout in the workshop,which has a certain reference value and significance for other manufacturing industries. |
