The thesis combines the technical problems of unstable belt feeding,poor bonding effect,unsound strapping,low strapping speed and other technical problems that exist in the cooperative enterprise top strapping arrow type stacking strapping machine.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:1.Based on the existing pallet strapping machine of the cooperative enterprise,Solidworks was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the pallet strapping machine,and the working principle and tying process of the pallet strapping machine were analyzed;The main research content and research purpose of the subject.2.In order to ensure the fast and stable supply of the strapping belt in the track,a typical mechanism for strapping belt supply,such as the supply belt reel,pre-feed belt,secondary supply belt,nose supply belt,conveyor track,arrow-through mechanism,etc.,is designed.Based on ANSYS,the tensioning mechanism and conveying track of the strapping belt are optimized.3.Based on the analysis of the mechanism principle and strapping process of the top strapping head,the working cycle diagram of the strapping mechanism is optimized.Combined with the cam mechanism design theory,the cam profile curve and structural dimensions of the cams driven by each mechanism are designed.4.Based on the cam mechanism motion law evaluation and profile optimization theory,the fifth-degree polynomial motion law is used to design the contour lines of each driving cam,Cam modeling and strapping head modeling in Solidworks,and use ADAMS for dynamic simulation.The results show that the newly designed drive cam will produce speed and acceleration changes during the lift and return stages However,the jump of the intermediate process is not abrupt,and the amplitude of the acceleration curve of the intermediate process is very small,which can eliminate the excessive impact of the mechanism and improve the working stability of the binding head.
