Coil nail is a commonly used part in production and manufacturing.It has a broad user market in all walks of life.With the widespread popularity of nailing machine equipment,the output of nailing is also increasing year by year.The commonly used bundling method of nailing is generally rubber band bundling.After the nailing machine rolls,rubber band bundling is carried out by manpower,the work efficiency is low and the labor task is heavy.So the design of automatic strapping machine can greatly improve the strapping efficiency of coiling nails and has a wide market application prospect.Based on the research and analysis of the mechanism of binding machine,the present research status and main problems of binding machine at home and abroad are analyzed.Based on the manual process of binding machine and automatic binding technology of rubber band,the feeding process of rubber band and the characteristics of elastic band stretching lashing process are studied,and the winding and binding machine is designed to replace human binding.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the process of manual nailing strapping,the technological route of the nailing strapping machine is determined,and the overall scheme of the nailing strapping machine is designed.(2)The core mechanism of the nailing strapping machine is designed in detail,including the working principle and workflow of the nailing grasping mechanism,rubber band supply mechanism,strapping mechanism and conveying mechanism.(3)The finite element model of the gripping mechanism of the nailing strapping machine is established,the relevant theories of finite element are introduced,and the finite element analysis model is determined by material attribute selection,model pretreatment,mesh division and mesh division quality evaluation.(4)The force analysis was carried out for the nail gripping mechanism,and the finite element analysis model was analyzed statically and modal using ANSYS finite element analysis software to verify the reliability of the design structure.(5)The kinematic analysis of the binding mechanism was carried out.ADAMS software was used to analyze the displacement,speed and acceleration of the four PAWS of the binding mechanism,and the speed analysis and meshing force analysis of the gear meshing gear were carried out.In this thesis,the main structure design of automatic strapping machine is completed,the three-dimensional virtual prototype model of strapping machine is established,and the three-dimensional prototype is analyzed by kinematics and simulation,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the design.
