| Intelligent site is a new management concept,which is the concrete embodiment of intelligent earth in engineering management industry.It designs and simulates the whole life cycle of construction projects through information technology.Through the construction of an information ecosystem of interconnection,intelligent production and scientific management,the intelligent management of the project is realized and the management level of the construction project is improved.Smart site is characterized by professional and efficient,digital platform,online intelligence,application integration.Facing the trend of informatization,only by actively seizing the commanding heights can we win the development opportunities.With the rapid development of information and intelligence,the application of intelligent site system in engineering management has become the need of the times.This paper takes the medical storage tank construction project as an example to study the application and evaluation of intelligent site in project construction.Firstly,the theory of intelligent site and evaluation system is put forward,and the application value of intelligent site and evaluation system is discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for the later research.At the same time,the current situation of project management is analyzed,the disadvantages of traditional project management are found,the management needs are sorted out,and the needs of intelligent construction sites are explored through questionnaire survey.Then,the application of intelligent construction site in medical storage tank construction project is studied,focusing on the application of on-line real-time monitoring system such as statistics and detection of entry material data,construction workers ’on-the-job situation,construction progress overview,bare soil coverage identification,vehicle entry and exit situation,dust and so on.Through the fuzzy Delphi method,the influencing factors of the management effect of the smart site are screened,and then the project is analyzed according to the different stages of the development of the smart site.The specific measures for upgrading the smart site from the perception stage to the replacement stage are proposed,and the measures are evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process.It is concluded that :The threshold value of the influencing factors of the intelligent site management effect is S = 5.03.Among the influencing factors,the most important ones are the waste of building materials,the emission of harmful gases,the generation of dust,the management of labor personnel,labor disputes,personnel safety,labor efficiency,equipment maintenance,equipment safety,equipment use,material entry,material storage,material use,material cost,schedule goal,investment goal,quality goal and so on.2.After adopting the upgrading measures,the management effect of the smart site has achieved ’ good ’ results,and the comprehensive average is 83.05.Among them,personnel management,environmental management,equipment management and material management have achieved ’ good ’ results,and target management has achieved ’ general ’results. |
