Quzhou Grid Black Start Study

The power system restoration plan after all black-out, also called black-start , is an important problem which ensure the power system securely. This paper makes the grid black-start scheme of Quzhou region by means of studying the necessity of black-start, the basic request and matter for black-start ,the power supply of black-start and the target of black-start of the power grid and the genaral steps of whole process. This paper also discusses the issues we might meet and their resolutions. These problems include self-excitation of units, overvoltage, voltage-control, system stablitity, and this paper provides some ways to resolve these issues.The paper makes the research of Quzhou region power grid and makes the simulation, according to its real situation . By comparing and analyzing , the presented black-start scheme is feasible and can provide practicable basis for dispatching department.
