Research On The Influence Of Alliance Management Ability On Corporate Strategic Performance

With the acceleration of industry reform and the increase of innovation risk,the alliance cooperation has gradually become an important means for enterprises to expand the scope of resources and enhance the depth of resources.However,not all alliances can achieve high performance,and the value potential of alliance partners depends on the management ability of the alliance.In recent years,scholars have made in-depth research on the concept,composition and influencing factors of alliance management capability.However,the theoretical circles have not given clear answers to the influence path of alliance management ability on strategic performance.Therefore,based on combing the theories of alliance management ability and strategic performance at home and abroad,this paper adopts case study method,This paper takes Haier Smart Home Co.,Ltd as the research object,and studies the problem of "what is the path of alliance management ability to affect the strategic performance of enterprises".The research finds that: the ability of alliance management consists of the ability of partner selection,alliance governance and resource coordination.Among them,the partner selection ability can improve the quality of employees and expand the influence of the enterprise while ensuring the matching of alliance partners by establishing evaluation team and professional training for members and selecting partners according to standards,Thus,it influences the learning and growth dimension and customer dimension of strategic performance;The ability of alliance governance first implements contractual governance by clarifying the form of alliance conclusion,improving the mechanism of interests and risks,strengthening the mechanism of responsibility restriction,and strengthening the governance of the relationship by establishing the management department of alliance relationship,meeting of alliance groups and opening up the information sharing platform of the alliance,so as to promote the formation of alliance governance mechanism,It improves the efficiency of alliance management and promotes the harmony of alliance relationship,which affects the internal process dimension and financial dimension of strategic performance;Resource coordination ability emphasizes that enterprises need to optimize the coordination of technology,products,information and channel resources constantly,and achieve the objectives of improving R&D ability,expanding overseas market and improving user experience,thus affecting the financial level,learning and growth level and customer level of strategic performance.The conclusion of this paper enriches the theoretical connotation,expands the research on alliance management ability,and brings some reference value to help other enterprises achieve alliance goals and form alliance management ability,so as to further promote the improvement of enterprise strategic performance.
