Study On Landscape Planning And Plant Arrangement Of Jinditanfu Residence Community In Shenyang City

As an important part of the city,the residential area's landscape planning has a great influence on the improvement of the city's image and residents'lives.However,the neglect of the residential area's landscape planning and construction in the urban planning and construction will lead to the emergence of problems such as uncoordinated landscapes.The in-depth investigation and analysis of the landscape planning of the residential area is of great significance for creating a good living environment and enhancing the overall image of the city.This study takes the landscape planning of Jindi Tanfu Residential District in Tiexi District of Shenyang City as the research object,determines the research plan of this paper based on the review of relevant literature and theoretical research,and through the field survey method and questionnaire survey method,the layout of the community,Analyze and summarize the road form,landscape setting form,plant configuration form,and residents'satisfaction,and put forward suggestions on the future construction direction of the residential area.The conclusion of the study shows that the main roads in the residential districts of Shenyang City are mainly secondary roads,of which the proportions of the main roads,secondary roads and branch roads are 14.29%,52.37%and 33.34%,respectively.There are two modes:parallel road mode;the hard landscape is dominated by practical hard landscape,including street lamps,seats,pavilions,fitness equipment and children's playgrounds in the community.The decorative hard landscape is mainly composed of sculpture sketches and gardening sketches,including the forms of gardening sketches such as rockery,flower stands,flower pots and landscape walls.Comprehensive functional hard landscape is a combination of practical landscape and decorative landscape,common such as seats,fountains,sculptures,etc.;the total area of plant greening in the community is about 7805 m~2,of which trees are about 4256 m~2and shrubs are about 5879m~2.Covering,there are many forms of plant configuration,including solitary plant,clump planting,row planting,planting,ground cover,etc.At the same time,it also takes into account the seasonality of plants,and plants for flower viewing,leaf viewing,and fruit viewing are all planted.More than half of the residents are more satisfied with the current living environment,the residents have a stronger sense of identity and belonging,and the residents are more satisfied with the zoning of venues and convenience facilities in the community.In terms of importance,residents are more concerned about the durability of housing equipment in the community,security measures,educational facilities,sanitation and convenience facilities,corresponding to the ranking of 1-6.In the single factor comparison of residents'satisfaction and importance,the overall importance score is higher than satisfaction,indicating that the internal construction of the community needs to be improved.Based on the above conclusions,suggestions for improvement are proposed:the open-plan and three-dimensional landscape layout is mostly used in the landscape planning and design of residential quarters,and professional management personnel should be equipped to maintain the landscape facilities.The design of intelligent system planning is planned and constructed in the future residential quarters Should also be applied gradually.
