Research On Optimization Of HY Company’s Quality Management System

The competition of modern enterprises is mainly concentrated in the quality and service links,and winning by quality is the foundation of an enterprise.High-quality products and services to win more market share for the enterprise,and outstanding quality management is an important way to promote product quality improvement.Establish and continuously improve the product quality management system,and implement strict quality control to improve product quality to ensure the company’s competitive advantage..In this paper,HY company as the research object,guided by related theoretical content such as quality management,quality management system,and quality management methods,running current situation and problems of HY product quality management system for analysis,confirm that the system has problems such as unclear quality management functions,low level of procurement management,imperfect design and development management,process quality that cannot meet customer requirements,and low employee quality awareness,and pointed out the deep-seated reasons such as the lack of quality management institutions,the weak control of important processes,the lack of the use of quality tools,and the imperfect employee performance incentive mechanism.Then,a specific optimization plan for HY’s product quality management system is proposed,which optimizes the product quality management organization structure,product quality control process and supply quality control methods.Finally,it describes the system optimize the implementation of safeguards,including strengthening the decision-making role of managers,improving the performance appraisal and internal review system,comprehensively improving the quality and ability of employees,strengthening the construction of corporate quality culture and set up enterprise management knowledge base.In this paper,I hopes that through the implementation of the HY company’s product quality management system optimization plan,the purpose of improving the quality of mechanical seal products,improving customer satisfaction and promoting the long-term stable development of the company will be achieved.And hope that it can provide a certain reference for the establishment and optimization of the enterprise quality management system in the domestic mechanical seal industry.
