The requirement for electrification,intelligence,connectivity,and sharing continues of vehicles keeps growing,and the research and design requirements for the electronic and electrical architecture of autonomous and controllable intelligent connected vehicles have been raised to the national strategic level.Based on the requirements for the electronic and electrical architecture of the intelligent connected vehicle at the vehicle level,the functional architecture solution based on the domain controller is proposed,the communication protocol is designed,and the test and verification of the electronic and electrical architecture of the intelligent connected vehicle are carried out,which has important engineering application value.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.The development process of the electronic and electrical architecture for the intelligent connected vehicle is proposed;analyze the functional characteristics of intelligence and network connection;and compares the configuration and summary of the typical independent brand intelligent connected vehicles,and summarizes the development of the electronic and electrical architecture of the intelligent connected vehicle demand.2.Research on design of electronic and electrical architecture for intelligent connected vehicle based on domain controller.Complete the overall design based on the functional architecture of the domain controller,which focuses on the hardware solutions of the autonomous driving domain controller,the communication domain controller and the intelligent cockpit domain controller;the dual power supply system design,grounding point and vehicle electric balance analysis is complete.3.Carry out the research on the in-vehicle network protocol of theintelligent connected vehicle,analyze the real-time synchronization TSN protocol mechanism,and design the service oriented architecture(SOA)communication method to realize the service call between domain controllers.4.Research on experiment of electronic and electrical architecture for intelligent connected vehicle.The electronic and electrical architecture platform of the intelligent networked automobile was built,and the test standards and test methods were formulated.Functional tests were carried out on the vehicle network,autonomous driving domain controller,communication domain controller and motor controller,and the test results were analyzed.
