With the accelerating process of urbanization,the construction industry has also ushered in a high tide of development,more and more high-rise buildings have been emerged.In order to meet the quality and efficiency requirements of the modernization construction,the construction industry has kept upgrading and optimizing the construction process,technology and craft.In line with the development of the construction industry,the formwork system is also constantly developing.Aluminum alloy formwork is a new formwork system that has appeared in recent years.It is gradually used in the construction of high-rise buildings by virtue of its green and environmentally friendly construction craft as well as the characteristics of low energy consumption,economical and practice,short construction period and good effect.The formwork used in traditional construction projects has focused on the wooden formwork and the steel formwork completely.These two formworks have certain advantages in the construction cost or durability.However,in terms of various indicators and construction effects,the new aluminum alloy formwork still has obvious advantages.In particular,the aluminum alloy formwork adopts early dismantling system,which can carry out the assembly line construction and improve construction efficiency.In addition,the aluminum alloy formwork has various specifications,strong universality and high reuse rate.With the development of the construction industry,the aluminum alloy formwork has been widely used in high-rise buildings in various regions.Taking a high-rise building project in Northeast China as an example,this paper introduces the application of aluminum alloy formwork construction technology in the high-rise building,and checks the bearing capacity and deformation of aluminum alloy formwork.Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the construction technical indexes of the aluminum alloy formwork in the project,at the same time,the economic benefits of the aluminum alloy formwork are compared and analyzed,the advantages of the aluminum alloy formwork in the practical application are summarized,the problems that need to be improved are pointed out,and the following conclusions and suggestions are obtained:1.In this project,the bearing capacity,deformation and stability of the aluminum alloy formwork at the wall,column,beam,plate and other structural systems can meet the design requirements.2.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the project,the final score of the overall construction of aluminum alloy formwork is 7.36,and the evaluation result is good,which also shows that the aluminum alloy formwork construction technology has achieved good application effect in the project.3.In the formwork engineering of high-rise buildings,the purchase cost of aluminum alloy formwork always exceeds that of wood formwork,but the overall cost of aluminum alloy formwork will gradually reduce with the increase of turnover times.With the increase of the number of floors,the economic benefit of aluminum alloy formwork is more and more obvious.For the construction of super high-rise buildings and many high-rise buildings,aluminum alloy formwork has more significant economic advantages.
